The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
3. Account Registration
Registration requires Google authentication
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You may not share your account
4. Educational Purpose Only
StuddyGo is designed for learning support.
We do not guarantee:
Academic grades
Exam results
Acceptance into institutions
Users are responsible for how they use the content.
5. AI Disclaimer
StuddyGo uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.
AI-generated content:
May contain inaccuracies
Should be independently verified
Is provided for educational assistance only
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Use the service for illegal purposes
Upload harmful or malicious content
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
Abuse system limits
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed via Stripe.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
Prices may change with notice.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued:
In case of duplicate charges
In case of technical malfunction preventing service use
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
8.1. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
Partial use of subscription
Dissatisfaction with AI responses
Failure to cancel before renewal

StuddyGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
